I am Jana, a Personal Trainer and Online Coach based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Combining my passion for exercise with education lead me to fall in love with this industry and wanting to help others understand and take control of their bodies and lives. I am currently in prep to compete with the WBFF in 2020. Having a coach helps me gain more knowledge and experience in this industry.
I work closely alongside my clients, giving them the support and guidance they need to get the results they are looking for. I personalise every client's training program to best suit their needs and goals. I am passionate about helping others and watching them smash their goals. I believe that keeping clients accountable and ensuring that they are enjoying their training, as well as constantly motivating them is what results in life-changing transformations.
